The Role
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a manageable commercial portfolio while being supported across all aspects of the role.
Your responsibilities will include:




Managing a portfolio of approximately ****** commercial properties
Coordinating property inspections
Initiating and assisting with lease negotiations and renewals
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
Managing day-to-day tenant and client enquiries
Ensuring leases and property documentation remain compliant
Assisting with basic reporting and general portfolio administration
The Candidate
Previous Property Management experience – residential or commercial backgrounds considered
A current Real Estate Licence
A valid Australian driver's licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, customer-focused approach
A genuine interest in building a long-term career within commercial property
A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to
break into or further develop their career in commercial real estate
