Job Title Clinical Applications Specialist, Imaging (Australia / New Zealand)

What the role involve
Sales Support
Apply advanced clinical and technical knowledge to provide guidance and support, enabling smooth integration and effective use of Philips' solutions across healthcare environments. Communicate technical and clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences through training sessions, demonstrations and presentations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of Philips' products and services. Assess customer needs through consultations and detailed needs analysis, and develop tailored implementation strategies aligned with clinical and organizational goals. Adapt Philips' clinical applications to different healthcare settings, with configurations that optimize functionality and usability for specific clinical requirements.
Customer Training
Develop educational resources and training materials for specific clinical specialties and user roles. Work closely with customers to build user competency, drive adoption and maximize the clinical value of Philips' solutions. Provide expert guidance and ongoing support to help customers use Philips' applications effectively. Run training sessions that give end users the knowledge and confidence to operate solutions effectively and efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback
Analyze clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Document and report on application implementations and support activities. Deliver implementation plans on time and to agreed milestones. Record customer interactions and support activities in CRM systems and use insights to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
A customer-first attitude and: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant clinical qualification; a master's in sales, business or marketing is preferred Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Medical radiation use license in Australia or Recent Zealand Strong presentation, communication and follow-up skills Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus High motivation and strong negotiation skills Strong market understanding and the ability to work autonomously Proven ability to work effectively in a team-selling environment Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
