Kyabram District Health Service in Victoria is seeking a Central Intake Officer to streamline referral intake for outpatient services across Primary Health and Specialist Clinics, and to manage referrals via fax/email and the Community Health Reception Kyabram email.
You will be the first contact, upholding our values of empathy, wellbeing and community, and will work within the Client Services Team to support performance aligned with KDHS purpose and vision.
