As a Contract Support administrator you will be the first point of contact for raising and managing reactive and preventative work orders.

About your current role:
Being the first point of contact for raising and managing reactive and preventive workorders
Processing calls and email and monitor complaints/escalations.
Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices.
Be system champion - CMMS, FMS and Finance Systems
Monitor spend on the account and review account revenue & margin streams.
Vendor management by tracking and monitoring vendor works and vendor coordination.
Prepare customer reports and dashboards.
Ensure QHSE documentation are well maintained on CBRE systems.
Skills and experience:
Higher educational qualifications or degree
Excellent PC based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.
2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in Finance & Administration is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
