Head the team of educators, mentoring and supporting them to run programs of a high standard.
Make sure the service meets the NQF, the National Law & Regulations and its own policies.
Lift quality over time through continuous improvement measured against the National Quality Standard (NQS).




Form trusting partnerships with families and the broader community.
Oversee enrolments and occupancy with an eye on the service's long-term viability.
Maintain a protected, inclusive setting focused on children, embedding the Child Safe Standards and a culture where child safety comes before all else.
Answer for overall centre performance, including occupancy, team outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership experience gained in early childhood education.
A strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams with clarity, warmth and professionalism.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
A passion for providing high-quality care and education.
A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
A current Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid.
Relevant clearances that are up to date.
Current Child Safety and Child Protection Training.
