About the role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-site Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of company-owned and franchised spas across Australia. This leadership role will focus on driving performance, operational excellence, and team capability across the network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the spa field teams to drive spa performance.
Develop high-performing, accountable teams.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise business growth.
Ensure training standards are maintained at the required compliance levels.
Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Drive operational compliance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting,



and performance reporting.
Deliver revenue, profit, and KPI targets.
About You
You are a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You bring:
Extensive experience in multi-site retail, spa, salon, clinic, or service operations.
At least 5 years' experience leading and developing teams.
Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational improvement.
Solid commercial acumen and experience managing KPIs and budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A positive, resilient, and results-focused approach.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail sector is highly regarded.
