Siemens Mobility is seeking a Team Lead Machinist to drive daily production in a quick-paced environment. You will lead a team of machinists, apply lean manufacturing principles, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.
You will coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and Material Control, manage SAP production orders, train and mentor staff, and promote 5S and continuous improvement across Assembly, Test, and Quality teams.
