The Partner Experience Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring we engage with our resellers via phone, email or chat for sales enquiries and preparation of sales quotations for our portfolio of innovative technology solutions. The team take pride in being very responsive and maintaining a quick turn-around time getting back to our reseller enquiries. This is an entry level role, for someone looking to kickstart their career in the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide operational support working closely with Channel Account Managers generating accurate quotes within defined SLA's
Qualify and manage inbound enquiries via phone, email or chat
Ensure the circulation of product and promotional information to resellers
Keep Wavelink Partner portal leads and order status up to date
Update ERP and CRM system with all forms of communication
Attend and participate in all sales meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly)
Produce reports upon request
About you:
Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Team player with a "can-do" attitude




Ability to learn and retainproduct information aboutWavelinkproducts
Experience with excel
Previouscustomer service experienceis preferred
