National 360 is seeking a Core level or above Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS participants across Kallangur, Brisbane North, in community, clinic and telehealth settings.
You will conduct FBAs, design person-centred plans and train carers, while ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and collecting progress data. A relevant degree and driving rights are required.
