Wellways Australia is seeking a Senior Peer Worker to lead the Peer workforce within Connected Care across Tasmania. You will guide peer practice and ensure recovery-oriented, lived-experience-informed care for adults and participants, aligning with contractual and legislative requirements.
You will mentor the peer team, strengthen peer practice, and help develop services that respond to participants' needs, strengths and goals, while working within a multidisciplinary team.
