The ANUM for lilinga supports the NUM in leadership and coordination of client-centered care, including intake, triage and admission processes, as well as post-discharge follow up. The ANUM also supports resource management (including rostering), service development, quality assurance and improvement, and the promotion of a collaborative, high-performing team setting.
