As a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Child Care Director, you'll lead our thriving 3-room early learning centre in Central Australia. This exciting leadership prospect is ideal for an inspiring educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care, overseeing educational programs, maintaining compliance and mentoring a stable team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead staffing, recruitment, rostering, and professional development
Drive high-quality educational programming and regulatory compliance
Oversee budget, operational reporting, and quality improvement plans
Mentor staff and support team hands-on when needed
Build positive relationships with children, families, staff and wider community
Who YouAre




Diploma level or higher education level education and care qualification approved under the NQF, studying towards or qualified ECT an advantage
Holder of valid industry certificates including Ochre Card (NT Working with Children Clearance), First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
Leadership and management experience in regulated environment
Strong communication, community engagement, and operational skills

Braitling Neighbourhood Centre prides itself on providing quality early childhood education and care for children 6 months to 5 years. We are a 57-place Not-For-Profit community based childcare centre operating across 3 rooms, with an in-house chef. We have a stable team of committed educators led by a dedicated Director who has given the Centre 11 years of service.
