About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the Business Manager across workshop admin, accounts, customer management, and marketing. No two days are the same - and that's the point.
This role begins as a 6-month contract. As we grow and evolve, so too will this role - and we see the potential for it to become permanent for the right person.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 4-5 hours per day, with flexibility to do more as the business needs it.
What You'll Be Doing
Workshop and customer administration
Accounts support - Xero, reconciliations, invoicing
Reporting and data preparation
Social media and website support
Systems and general admin across MechanicDesk, Monday.com and Podium
Supporting projects and business improvement as they come up
What We're Looking For
A genuine go-getter - proactive, self-directed, and always looking for the next thing to improve
Automotive or trades industry experience is highly desirable, but if you can demonstrate you pick up systems quick and hit the ground running, we want to hear from you
Comfortable with Xero or similar bookkeeping software
Some exposure to social media or website content management
Someone who wants to grow with the business, not just fill a seat
