City of Geelong is seeking a casual Customer Service Officer to support our community across phone, face-to-face and online channels, delivering prompt, skilled service and resolving enquiries.
You will work approximately 2–5 shifts per week, with standard shifts generally between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Applicants should have excellent communication, customer service experience, and be able to use office software; occasional extra hours may be required.
