Talent Corp is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support in Canberra. You will troubleshoot desktop hardware, software and peripherals, install and configure computers and applications, and carry out maintenance and updates to keep devices running smoothly.
You will work directly with users, take ownership of support requests, and maintain explicit records of issues and resolutions. An active PV clearance is essential for this role.
