Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to join our team on a full-time or part time basis. You will be the warm voice callers hear first, coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless patient experience on the Sunshine Coast.
Responsibilities include handling referrals, using the Karisma RIS system, providing fee quotes, and guiding patients about Medicare rebates. No medical admin experience needed—full training provided.
