Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a friendly Booking Centre Agent to coordinate appointments and create a seamless patient experience on the Sunshine Coast. The role offers full-time or part time hours (minimum 3 days) with weekday shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
You will be the first point of contact, manage scheduling in the Karisma RIS system, provide fee quotes, and help prepare patients for their visits. No medical admin experience is required as full training is provided.
