Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services, part of the Queensland Government, seeks a Carer Peer Support Worker to use lived experience as a carer to offer hope, practical support and guidance to carers and families of consumers in an acute adult inpatient setting.
You will provide peer support, advocacy, education and information, working with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen carer engagement and recovery-focused practice.
