Merivale is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join The Whale Hotel, Narooma. You will work across pastry and breakfast service, producing pastries and desserts, basic chocolate work, and leading your section during busy service.
This hands-on role requires collaboration with hotel and Queen Chow kitchen teams, guidance of junior chefs, robust food safety and presentation standards, and a passion for local South Coast produce.
