About the position /n
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Lawyer to become part of our client’s accomplished Dispute Resolution practice. Whether you prefer city life or a regional setting, this role gives you the flexibility to choose your base while gaining exposure to a varied caseload of disputes.
This role will see you managing /n
/n
- A mix of general commercial and civil litigation matters
/n
- Contract disputes and shareholder disagreements
/n
- Debt recovery and property-related litigation
/n
- Professional negligence and other complex legal disputes
/n
- Drafting legal documents, court appearances, and negotiation
/n
/n
You'll work alongside approachable senior practitioners and partners who are invested in your development, providing valuable mentoring and growth opportunities.
Key Requirements /n
/n
- 3 to 6+ years PAE in litigation within a private practice environment
/n
- Solid experience managing a range of disputes
/n
- Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills
/n
- Confident managing files with minimal supervision
/n
- Commercial mindset with a professional and proactive approach
