We are seeking energetic and reliable staff to provide support in a school office or classroom across the Shoalhaven region as a Casual School Support Officer (SSO)

/n

Whether your strengths lie in front-office customer service and school administration, or providing assistance in the classroom and supporting student learning, this casual role offers the opportunity to keep our schools running smoothly while making a meaningful impact every day.

As a Catholic system of schools, we're seeking individuals whodemonstratea commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church through education.

Note: /n

Obtaining casual approval makes you eligible to work as a Casual SSO across Catholic schools within the Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW), though it does not guarantee continuous employment.

Essential Application Requirements /n

1. Eligibility Criteria (Must meet at least one):

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Education Support and/or Business Administration OR equivalent (please contact Recruitment to confirm eligibility)

/n

- Experience:



Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role

/n

- Current Studies: Currently undergoing tertiary qualifications to become a Teacher (at least completed first year of tertiary qualification in Education/Teaching)

/n

1. Child Safety Clearance: A current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for paid employment (strictly required prior to commencement).

/n

1. Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo ID documents.

/n

1. Skilled References: Satisfactory referee checks from recent professional supervisors.

/n

1. Employment Declaration: Satisfactory completion of the official CEDoW Employment Declaration form.

/n
