The Role
/n
/n
We are seeking enthusiastic graduates in Melbourne with degrees in Business, Finance, or Accounting to join our Insolvency teams.
/n
/n
The roles offer hands-on experience across core accounting and advisory services, with opportunities to gain exposure to:
/n
/n
/n
- Insolvency & restructuring engagements, including business turnaround, recovery work and personal insolvency. Corporate Transactions, such as financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction support.
/n
- You'll work closely with Managers and Partners on real client work and be supported toward professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
/n
/n
/n
What You'll Be Doing
/n
/n
/n
- Assist with the administration of formal insolvency appointments (e.g. liquidations, administrations, receiverships, bankruptcies).
/n
- Prepare statutory reports, correspondence, and filings with relevant regulatory bodies.
/n
- Conduct investigations into company affairs,
financial records, and potential recoveries.
/n
- Liaise with directors, creditors, employees, financiers, lawyers, and government agencies.
/n
- Assist in asset realisation, creditor distributions, and claim adjudications.
/n
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
/n
- Support senior staff with stakeholder meetings, creditor communications, and court processes
/n
- Analyse financial information and prepare summaries and recommendations.
/n
- Identify potential recovery actions and assist with litigation or enforcement matters.
/n

About You
/n
/n
/n
- Business, Finance, or an Accounting degree.
/n
- Interest in advisory, insolvency or corporate finance.
/n
- Studying towards or holding a professional qualification CA or CPA.
/n
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
/n
- Confident communicator and team player.
/n
/n
