We’re looking for a Service Desk Officer to provide responsive, customer-focused IT support within a professional environment based in Victor Harbor.

Your new role

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, troubleshooting day-to-day technology issues and delivering a positive experience for end users.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing Level 1 and general IT support to users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
- Supporting users across Outlook, Teams, One Drive and other M365 applications
- Assisting with user accounts, access and basic administration
- Logging, managing and resolving service desk requests
- Escalating more complex technical issues when required
- Providing transparent and friendly support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a Service Desk,



Help Desk or IT Support role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple, easy-to-understand language
- A proactive and approachable attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
