Oaks Perth Hotel is seeking two Part-Time Cooks to join our kitchen team on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage.

This is a fantastic chance for passionate hospitality professionals to be part of a dynamic team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our kitchen while delivering quality food and exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Prepare ingredients and assist with the cooking and plating of meals.
- Cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and guest expectations.
- Ensure excellent presentation of meals before service.
- Maintain proper food storage, safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Position Details:

- Two Part-Time positions available.
- Fixed-term contracts to provide maternity leave coverage.
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts scheduled across breakfast and dinner service periods.
- Immediate start available.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):

Monday to Friday: $27.97 per hour
Saturday: $34.96 per hour
Sunday: $41.96 per hour
