- Track project budgets, cost forecasts, variations, and progress claims
- Administer head contracts and manage ongoing sub-contractor financial accounts
- Handle RFIs, design variations, and technical query resolution with consultants

What You'll Bring

- Proven track record as a Contract Administrator working on major commercial projects




- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Strong background managing structural, concrete and construction scopes
- High-level commercial acumen, budget tracking and contract administration skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities and sub-contractor management capability
- In-depth understanding of local WA building standards, codes and contracts
