Contract Site Manager – Commercial Office Fit Out

We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start contract opportunity working on a commercial office fit out in Sydney CBD.

This is a short-term contract running through to mid-November, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is available immediately and has a strong background in commercial fit-out.

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Overseeing daily site operations
- Driving the programme and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Managing site safety and WHS compliance
- Quality control and defect management
- Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
- Conducting toolbox talks and site meetings
- Liaising with the Project Manager,



client and consultants
- Maintaining site documentation and reporting
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and specification

The successful candidate will have:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Strong commercial office fit-out / interiors experience
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Robust knowledge of construction sequencing and methodology
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A solid understanding of WHS requirements
- Relevant NSW construction tickets and qualifications
