MAKO is seeking an Aeronautical Engineering Team Lead to guide the design and development of Flightfilm, our drag-reducing riblet film for aviation. You will steer complex design programs, own the design strategy, and collaborate with Certification, Materials, Verification & Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver a top-tier product.

You will mentor engineers, advance simulation and evidence-based decision-making, and grow the team through design programs targeting certification
