About the Role:
You will manage the engineering lifecycle of electronic security systems, including:

- Designing CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated solutions
- Conducting site assessments and risk analysis
- Preparing technical documentation and schematics
- Supporting installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
- Providing technical leadership on complex projects
- Collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

- Degree, Diploma, or relevant industry experience in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or similar
- Australian Citizenship with eligibility for NV1 Security Clearance
- 4+ years' experience in electronic security systems
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, and system integration
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Gallagher, Bosch, Axis, Hikvision, or similar platforms
- Security system integration experience
- Mentoring or commissioning experience
- Robust troubleshooting and technical governance capabilities
