Tradelink Wangaratta is looking for an experienced Trade Specialist to join its close-knit team and play a key role in supporting customers and the day-to-day success of the branch.

You’ll take ownership of trade counter sales, provide practical product advice and build strong relationships with local plumbers, builders and trade customers. As an experienced member of the team, you’ll also help keep things moving across the branch and provide support and guidance when needed.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing trade counter sales and providing practical product advice.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with local trade customers.
- Managing customer enquiries, orders and supplier follow-ups.
- Helping customers find the right products and solutions for the job.
- Supporting stock management, deliveries and general branch operations.
- Providing guidance and support to the team when required.
- Working across the branch to ensure customers receive fast, reliable service.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who knows how to work with tradies, understands the pace of a busy trade environment and takes pride in delivering great service. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience in plumbing, trade supplies, building products or a similar industry.
- Strong trade counter,



internal sales or customer service experience.
- The confidence to build credibility and relationships with trade customers.
- Good product knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Initiative and the ability to keep things moving without needing constant direction.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Leadership potential and an interest in developing your career with Tradelink.
- A current driver’s licence; a forklift licence is advantageous.

Australian or Current Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is required. Unfortunately, temporary visas and sponsorship cannot be considered.
