The role
Lorna Jane's Bowral store has just opened its doors in the heart of the Southern Highlands. Now it needs the leader who'll take it from new arrival to local favourite.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the store is yours to run. You'll lead a team of Active Stylists, drive commercial results and build a team culture people genuinely want to be part of. Lorna Jane is looking for someone who inspires and develops their people, and who has the discipline to run a tight, commercially strong store.

What you'll own

- A customer experience that converts, connects and builds loyalty
- Sales performance across your KPIs,



including average spend and units per transaction
- Visual merchandising, stock management and operational standards that never slip
- Smart, commercial rostering aligned to trade and wage targets
- A team culture built on accountability, energy and genuine support for each other

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong 2IC, with sharp commercial instincts
- Operational strength across VM, stock and store standards
- The ability to build a sales culture that lasts and creates loyal customers
