About the Role!

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer (5+ years PAE) looking to take their career to the next level.

You will handle a broad range of property law matters, including:

- Commercial and residential property transactions
- Leasing and development projects
- Contract negotiation and advisory work
- Property disputes and settlements

This role offers the chance to work alongside senior partners on complex and high-value transactions,



gaining direct exposure to clients and key industry stakeholders. With structured development plans and ongoing mentorship, this is an ideal opportunity for a lawyer looking to transition into a leadership position.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years PAE in property law (commercial experience advantageous)
- Robust technical knowledge of property transactions and leasing matters
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills
- Ambition to progress into a leadership or partnership role
- Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a current Practising Certificate
