About the Company
Our client is a busy, well-established private dental clinic in Kingsley, in Perth's northern suburbs. It is an eight-chair practice with a diary booked out four months in advance, so you are stepping into demand that already exists rather than a book you have to build.
With eight chairs in daily use and a team of dentists, hygienists and oral health therapists, there are more clinicians than in a typical practice, which means more colleagues sending complex root canal cases your way. The clinic treats a broad mix of general, cosmetic, implant, orthodontic and children's dentistry in a calm, patient-first environment focused on comfortable, anxiety-free care, and patients have rewarded it with a 5-star Google rating from 150 reviews.
About the Position
Our client is seeking a Dentist with a special interest in endodontics. You do not need to be a specialist.
The role is 1+ days a week of mostly endodontic work, taken from Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with internal referrals from the clinic's other dentists guaranteed. For you, that means the chance to become the clinic's go-to clinician for difficult root canals without having to market yourself or wait for patients to find you. Because the clinic has so many clinicians, the referrals come from a wide base,
not just one or two colleagues.
Key Requirements
