The organisation has an established reputation across neurological and complex care and is continuing to grow following the acquisition of a long-standing Speech Pathology clinic with more than 60 years of history.
The role: You’ll work across a varied caseload including adults and paediatrics, with exposure to presentations such as:
- Stroke
- Traumatic brain injury
- Spinal cord injury
- MND
- Parkinson’s disease
- Complex communication needs
- Dysphagia
- AAC
- Neurodevelopmental and disability presentations
Work is completed across clinic and community settings, with travel structured around where you live. You can start and finish your day from home where appropriate.
Clinical Development This is a team that invests heavily in clinicians.
You’ll have access to:
- Up to $15,000 professional development support
- 4 dedicated development days
- Study leave
- Internal supervision from highly experienced clinicians
- External supervision where required
- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentoring
- Exposure to complex cases you may not see in a standard private practice role
The wider MDT includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Doctors and other health professionals, allowing for genuinely collaborative care.

About You: You’ll need:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Full Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
Previous neuro or complex-care experience is highly regarded, although clinicians with a genuine interest in developing within this area are encouraged to apply.
