About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive private hospital environment.

Working alongside experienced nursing leaders and a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will provide safe and effective care while being supported by the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses and Shift Leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking to build a long-term career in critical care and enjoy work life balance near a beautiful coastal location.

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months' nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach and commitment to patient safety
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
