We are currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Electrician for an ongoing opportunity
This role offers an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, working 12-hour shifts for approximately 6 swings, with an ideal start date of 18 of October 2026.
The Role Working within a gold mining environment, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs across fixed plant and associated equipment.
Key duties may include:
- Electrical maintenance and repairs across fixed plant equipment
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
- Inspection and testing of electrical equipment
- Identifying and rectifying faults to minimise downtime
- Working closely with maintenance and operational teams
- Completing required maintenance documentation
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Relevant electrical trade qualification
- Current electrical licence
- Previous fixed plant electrical experience – essential
- Previous mining or heavy industrial experience highly regarded
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Current National Police Clearance
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on an 8/6 roster
- Ability to complete all required site and pre-employment requirements
