About You

- Proven experience managing apartment or high-rise projects valued $50M+
- Strong technical understanding of concrete structure and façade delivery
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights essential

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all on-site operations from structure through to completion
- Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet program milestones
- Uphold WHS, quality,



and compliance standards across all stages of construction
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
- Maintain open and consistent communication with project and commercial teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop site staff to build a strong, cohesive delivery team
