The Role

Within the remedial team, this business works across strata and commercial projects, roughly a 60/40 split, including remedial facades and inspections, and a number of key commercial clients they do a lot of remedial work for.

They're looking for a Remedial Engineer who's working towards senior and ready to run their own jobs, working alongside the remedial team leaders in a team the business is looking to grow.

Experience across both strata and commercial isn't essential. If your background is purely strata remedial, you'll be able to apply the same skills to commercial clients.

The Responsibilities

- Run your own remedial projects from initial inspection through specification, tendering,



contracting and the construction phase.
- Carry out remedial and facade inspections and write clear, thorough reports.
- Work directly with strata and commercial clients, taking real ownership of your jobs.
- Grow your career within a remedial team that's expanding.

The Requirements

This role suits a remedial engineer who's ready to take ownership of their projects and their career. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate:

- 3 + years' experience in remedial engineering
- Experience within an Australian engineering design consultancy, preferably within NSW
- Remedial experience on strata and/or commercial buildings
- The ability to manage a job from inspection through to construction phase
- Strong report writing and confidence working directly with clients
- Registration as a Design Practitioner under the Design and Building Practitioners Act, or ropes access experience, highly regarded but not essential
- Full working rights in Australia
