The Role
As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue's bar operations, overseeing service standards, team leadership, stock control, and beverage execution. Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Bar Manager or senior supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and beverage service
- Proven ability to lead, train and develop hospitality teams
- Experience managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
