- Deliver evidence-based intervention for students with disability, neurodivergent profiles and other diverse learning needs
- Support transitions across K–12 and promote student independence and self-advocacy
- Collaborate with teachers to implement differentiation, reasonable adjustments and UDL

What you'll bring:

- Demonstrated teaching experience in a primary and/or secondary school setting
- Demonstrated experience in learning and support, special education, inclusive education or a similar specialist teaching role
- Experience supporting students with disability, neurodivergent profiles and diverse learning needs
- Experience developing, implementing and reviewing IEPs and PLSPs
- Knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice
- Knowledge of the Disability Standards for Education and the application of reasonable adjustments
