We are seeking a Community Care Worker to join our local friendly team to be located in Tumby Bay either full or part time.

Role Duties

- Personal care – showering, toileting and grooming both male and female clients.
- Domestic assistance – housekeeping and laundry.
- Meal preparation and serving.
- Medication prompting and assistance.
- Transport – appointments, shopping and social outings.
- Respite – being with clients to give carers a break.
- Social support – assisting clients to access community.

Qualifications & Experience

- Must have certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability).
- Exceptional consumer focused customer service skills, with experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, always striving for excellence in the delivery of care and services.




- Flexibility and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.
- Leadership qualifications would be ideal.
- Evidence of providing and enabling an excellent customer experience, and also providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Proficient at using a computer including the application of client software programs.

Compliance Requirements

- Satisfactory NDIS Worker Check.
- Current SA Driver’s Licence essential.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
