Full Time or Part Time Future Educator Roles Available

Dear Future Educator,

Can you be kind, patient and support our children’s learning? Our School, The Akidamy, is looking for a new educator. There are some requirements you will need to have:

Experience Needed

• Previous substantial experience (2 years minimum) working in an early childhood setting ideally in a under 4yrs workplace

• Completed a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• An ability to plan innovative and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play

• Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible

• An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change

You will receive at least 2-3 hrs/week to create curriculum and do your observations. Our school is beautiful, and purpose built enhanced with digital technology,



and has lots of resources including two designated Ateliers and a Yoga Studio. Our School Chef will cook you lunch every day, so just bring yourself!
