Your Role: Assistant Store Manager

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play an important role in leading the QVB team and delivering an exceptional experience in one of Sydney's most iconic retail destinations.

In this role, you will:

- Lead by example – energise your team with your passion and purpose
- Coach & develop – spot potential, nurture growth and inspire excellence
- Drive smooth operations – keep the store humming, the shelves full and the team focused on delivering results
- Own the numbers – support strong commercial performance, optimise stock and reduce waste




- Create unforgettable experiences – go beyond service to create genuine, memorable Koko Moments
- Maintain exceptional standards – ensure our store presentation and customer experience reflect the premium Koko Black brand

About You

You'll bring:

- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or high-volume retail workplace
- A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
- A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
- Strong commercial awareness and the drive to achieve results
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Confidence working collaboratively with your Store Manager and wider leadership team
- Bilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer base
- And of course... a love of chocolate!
