Is it even work when you’re on the waterfront watching dolphins and enjoying the sea breeze all day?

Instead of going into hibernation for the winter, the iconic Little Beach Boathouse is looking to expand.

Why join the Boathouse Team? Here are just a few reasons….

Whilst having previous experience in busy, high quality hospitality venues is an advantage, we hire on attitude, not purely on skills and experience.

We have a fantastic and supportive training program for hospitality newbies and legends alike.

We love working within an inclusive workplace that encourages and highlights the talents and values of all of our team mates.

We are connected to, and take pride in promoting the country we are fortunate enough to be located on.

We believe in giving back to our local community in the form of profit sharing and donations.

We actively review our processes with regards to staying sustainable and minimising our effect on our local environment.

We enjoy regular staff appreciation and team building events.

We want our team to be fuelled up, so we provide your staff meals and drinks whilst on shift.

Whilst we take our work seriously and are very good at what we do, we place a high priority on happy staff and fun within the workplace.

We are 2 venues in one which means role diversity and various employment opportunities.

If this sounds like a team that you’d love to be a part of, please get in touch so that we can get your Boathouse journey started.
