Employment Type: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

In this role, you will:
- You will lead a team of trainers and assessors delivering Community Services and Health qualifications across the South Coast region
- Strengthen workforce capability across the Community Services and Health sectors.
- Build relationships with industry and community stakeholders.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Shape programs that respond to emerging workforce needs.
- Contribute to organisational growth and strategic outcomes.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Experience leading or coordinating vocational education and training programs
- Strong knowledge of the Community Services and/or Health sectors
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry, employers and stakeholders
Other:
- Current Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
