You'll join a high-performing technology team responsible for critical end-user platforms and services that support thousands of users across the department.
Your new role
/n As a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer, you'll provide senior engineering and Level 3 support across a modern Microsoft end-user environment. This role sits within a team responsible for workplace technology, device management, automation, application delivery, security controls and end-user services.
/n A key focus of the role will be driving automation and service improvements through Azure Dev Ops, Azure Pipelines and Power Shell while supporting Microsoft Purview Information Protection capabilities across the enterprise. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable and scalable services while contributing to ongoing technology uplift initiatives.
/n Key responsibilities
/n
/n
- Engineer and support enterprise EUC platforms and services
/n
- Develop automation and deployment solutions using Azure Dev Ops, Azure Pipelines and Power Shell
/n
- Support Microsoft Purview Information Protection, sensitivity labels and DLP controls
/n
- Manage Windows 11, Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management technologies
/n
- Deliver upgrades, deployments,
patching and platform enhancements
/n
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop and remote access environments
/n
- Contribute to application packaging, deployment and vulnerability remediation
/n
- Produce technical documentation, designs and implementation plans
/n
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across complex issues and projects
/n
What you'll need to succeed /n
/nTo be successful, you'll bring strong experience supporting modern Microsoft workplace technologies within large enterprise environments. The department is specifically seeking candidates with recent hands-on expertise in:/n

/n
- Azure Dev Ops and Azure Pipelines
/n
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection
/n
- Power Shell automation and scripting
/n
- Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune
/n
- Azure Virtual Desktop
/n
- Microsoft 365 administration
/n
- Application deployment and endpoint management
/n
- Baseline Security Clearance required
/n
- Experience within Federal Government environments and knowledge of Essential Eight, ISM and ACSC security controls will be highly regarded.
