/nOur client is a well-established commercial roofing contractor seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in the delivery of commercial roofing projects across South East Queensland./n
/nThis role is ideal for an experienced Roofer, Leading Hand, Supervisor, or Project Coordinator looking to take on a position that combines office-based coordination with on-site project involvement. The role is generally split 50/50 between office and site, with the prospect to become more office-based over time./n
Key Responsibilities /n

- Coordinate commercial roofing projects from start to completion
/n
- Order roofing materials and manage supplier relationships
/n
- Schedule labour, subcontractors, and site works
/n
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams
/n
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
/n
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records
/n
- Assist with procurement, purchasing, and material forecasting
/n
- Conduct regular site visits and support site operations
/n
- Prepare project updates, reports, and meeting minutes
/n
- Support the Construction Manager with day-to-day project delivery
/n
About You /n
/n
/n
- Previous experience in a commercial or residential roofing business is essential
/n
- Experience in metal roofing, roofing supervision, or project coordination highly regarded
/n
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes
/n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
/n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
/n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
/n
