Client Care Coordinator

Our fun, supportive, and highly skilled team is looking for a motivated “go-getter” with a bright personality to lead our front-of-house services and deliver exceptional client care.

As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both clients and their pets. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll play an integral role in coordinating care, supporting the veterinary team, and maintaining a calm, organised, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced, front-facing role

/n

- /n

Coordinate patient care and priorities alongside the veterinary team

/n

- /n

Manage appointment scheduling and booking systems

/n

- /n

Educate clients on services, wellness programs, and treatment options

/n

- /n

Handle accounts, including estimates, invoicing, and payments

/n

- /n

Maintain accurate records, reminders, and recall systems

/n

- /n





Ensure compliance with privacy and workplace health & safety standards

/n

- /n

Support marketing efforts including social media and campaigns

/n

- /n

Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organised, and welcoming

/n

About You

/n

/n

- /n

Experience in a client-facing role within a veterinary or medical setting

/n

- /n

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

/n

- /n

Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

/n

- /n

Compassionate, friendly, and calm under pressure

/n

- /n

High attention to detail and administrative accuracy

/n

- /n

A genuine love for animals and commitment to their wellbeing

This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm .
