Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant - Brisbane - Remote /n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to service our Brisbane clients in a remote role. This is a strategic, end-to-end position offering genuine career growth and the opportunity to shape your own desk in a growing market.

Working closely with the Director, you will: /n

/n

- Grow our presence in the Brisbane construction market

/n

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

/n

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for permanent technical appointments

/n

- Work with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant for candidate generation, administration, referencing and candidate management

/n

- Focus on strategic client engagement, high-value consultation with candidates, and placement negotiations

/n

Who You Are /n

You are a commercially minded, consultative recruiter with strong construction networks in Brisbane and a proven track record of permanent technical white-collar placements, including:

/n

/n

- Project Managers and Project Engineers

/n

- Estimators,



Quantity Surveyors and Contract Administrators

/n

- Site Managers, Supervisors and Foremen

/n

- HSEQ and Quality professionals

/n

You Will Bring /n

/n

- A minimum of 5 years' agency recruitment experience in the Queensland construction market

/n

- Established client relationships in the Brisbane Commercial Construction market (open to Civil, Residential and Subcontractor markets)

/n

- A proven ability to develop business strategically and manage key accounts

/n

- Solid market knowledge and candidate networks

/n

- Stability in your career history and a high-performance track record

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

/n

- Resilience, autonomy and a strong desire to deliver high-quality outcomes

/n
