We’re looking for someone with drive and ambition who wants to grow their career with us and be part of that change from the ground up.

The role

You’ll be part of our customer service and sales team, working side by side to be the first voice our customers hear and to turn their enquiries into bookings. Every day is different. You’ll:

- Handle inbound calls and emails across both brands, from site hire to weddings and events
- Prepare quotes and follow them up to convert enquiries into sales
- Get on the phone to past and prospective customers to win repeat and new business
- Book and coordinate hire, servicing and pump-out jobs with our operations team
- Keep customer and job records accurate, and help us introduce and embed Field Insight, our new job management system
- Look after invoicing,

About you

You don’t need years in our industry. We’ll teach you the products and systems, and you’ll bring the motivation and drive. Here’s what we’re looking for:You’ll bring:

- At least 2 years’ customer service experience, whether in retail, hospitality, sales, reception or a similar customer-facing role
- Real drive and motivation, with the ambition to build a career in sales and customer service
- Confidence on the phone, and you’re not afraid to ask for the business
- A competitive streak that keeps you following up until the job is booked
- Enthusiasm for change and new technology, and you pick things up quickly
- An organised, positive, can-do approach in a busy team
