Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

What we are looking for:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Proven experience in warehouse logistics administration or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline logistics processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to logistics and inventory.
